Class of 9. Kotegaeshi is really cool :-) Yet, I dont quite get how to turn Uke around on the mat for the Osae part... It makes a lot more sense if you flip as Uke.

30 mins of Kihon Dosa was hard but nice.

Roland's been missing classes in these days, it makes me realize for us to be so lucky to have him and Stumpy as teachers everytime I see them together on the mat :) Their teaching method and focus are different, yet they somehow bring us to the same path before we know it.

I bet they must love doing Aikido :)
