Shochugeiko 2005 Starts!

Class of 4, finally...it had been nearly a month for all of us to get together in the morning since everyone had their business to take care of...Everyone looked a bit excited about the idea of Shochu geiko...every one refused to call counts to do warm ups for a teacher, Stumpy who missed his first train, so we worked on our own :-)

Shiho Nage...we kept going, and going..., it felt like forever...got exhauseted at 06:15...Very shocking. Yokomen Uchi Shiho Nage, looked very complecated in the beginning yet somehow got the feeling like its almost the same to circle around Uke and get Shiho Nage position.

It was not easy to put my weight on one foot with bad ankle...yet it was also a chance to learn how some other parts should supposed to work... a bit painful but very interesting.

My ankle doctor told me not to do anything for a few weeks...but I am not ready to observe this Shochu geiko, so I will take some time off if its really nesessary after these 2 weeks...maybe...
