Got dizzy after the first class, so I observed the test training and worked along with them for a bit.


Class of 7, and a guest stayed from the first class. I heard them doing Hajime for Sokumen Iriminage...I was glad that I made a decision not to participate the class...there was no way for me to do even "h" in that condition....yet I was very dissaponted not to do the class, I was very motivated to come back to the training after seeing the demo for the first time...

I will be better tomorrow...
