Class of 7, I can't help noticing my brain doesn't work quite well for the last few days...then I thought about it...its 4th week I have been training more than 5 days since Shochugeiko started...and its still hot and humid which makes me very tired just to live... I had a very hard time making me doing what I'm told to do especially for Nikajo and Yonkajo during the class yesterday and today...

Getting an hour of massage during lunch time was almost required : )
