- As a first motion, hook Uke's hand then move
- Don't lose Kamae shape
- Back leg makes a big circle
- Push with body not with hands
Shomenuchi Shomeniriminage-2
- Strong block of shomenuchi
- let Uke go and get Uke's collar
- 180 degree pivot, dont let Uke move
- Shift, hand forward, punch
- Slide hand in, get off of Uke's balance
- throw to the other direction
Big class of 12. I kept working with David for the test. David and I kept working for 2 techniques, It was good that we realized what we were doing wrong, and made some improvements. Although, we often ran out of breath...
The first day, 2 hrs of test training :) Great fun!
