  1. As a first motion, hook Uke's hand then move
  2. Don't lose Kamae shape
  3. Back leg makes a big circle
  4. Push with body not with hands


Shomenuchi Shomeniriminage-2

  1. Strong block of shomenuchi
  2. let Uke go and get Uke's collar
  3. 180 degree pivot, dont let Uke move
  4. Shift, hand forward, punch
  5. Slide hand in, get off of Uke's balance
  6. throw to the other direction


Big class of 12. I kept working with David for the test. David and I kept working for 2 techniques, It was good that we realized what we were doing wrong, and made some improvements. Although, we often ran out of breath...

The first day, 2 hrs of test training :) Great fun!
