Roland Sensei Class :) Chris is back :-) Class of two, went through test techniques. Before going to the details, we were told to focus on stay in strong Kamae pushing toes on the mat, and keep looking partner between the eyes. It sure makes a huge difference.

Try to use Uke's movement and not to move too much.
