Class of 6, we were all dead at the end...someone turned off the air conditioning...we got sweat dreadfully...No one (even David) could not joke about it when the class ended... The teacher, Roland said that we all looked kinda paled...or white...not enough air, ha??

Tenchi Nage...I could not get "nage" part at all...no strength...no nage...must take uke's balance off with making "Tenchi" shape...

Overall...it was the longest class ever. I kept looking up the clock every 3 minutes and felt like it was never going to end...Yet, we all survived :-)
